At FurAway, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
🔁 Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

❌ Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, exchanges may be offered at our discretion.
⚠️ Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Not as described
- Incorrect item sent
You may be eligible for a replacement or full refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund or replacement for faulty or misrepresented products.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
👉 If the item is faulty or incorrect:

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you if your refund is approved
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
📦 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

- Items damaged due to misuse
